WHAT IS OD?
When we talk about Organizational Development in AIESEC, we talk about Organizational Strategy. That means that it is the area that drives the main macro-strategies for the entity when we deal with Network Development. We say that OD (and the OD model) exists to clarify the path that will drive AM to grow sustainably.
OD thus is an area that deals with long term strategies for the network, mainly introduced through the Organizational Development Model.

- Alignment with global direction and long term strategies (such as A2020)
- Organizational Development Model; the model itself, the Growth Model and the Implementation channels;
- Alignment of all networks to develop the national network as a whole
- Strategies for consultancy and support to the national network
- Systems, strategies, and platforms to ensure network connectivity, alignment and performance
- Support and alignment of LC planning, development and achievement
